Regular Exercise Reduces Body Fat

The U.S. Surgeon General recommended that people do at least 30 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise 4 or more days a week. The Surgeon General performed a study on 90 men and women for 8 weeks. Those participants who exercised for 30 minutes or more at least 4 days a week lost more than 11 pounds of fat and those who exercised less than 4 days a week did not lose fat.
